Hello there, and welcome to your last session! 

Well done on pushing through the past 7 sessions! I hope you’ve had a better understanding of perfectionism – what causes and maintains it, and learnt several helpful skills to overcome perfectionism! These include behavioural experiments, challenging all or nothing thinking, learning to notice the positive, changing unhelpful thinking styles, overcoming procrastination, problem solving skills, time management skills and pleasant activities.

In this last session, we will look at problems with self-criticism and overcome that with compassion, and re-examine the way we define our self-worth and continue on to a flexible lifestyle free from perfectionism.
