Over the past 3 sessions, we’ve discussed:
- Unhelpful perfectionism and the negative effects in your life 
- What keeps your perfectionism going 
- How perfectionism affects areas in your life, the way you think and feel e.g. avoidance, procrastination, performance checking, and unhelpful behaviours 
Today we are going to look at 2 ways to overcome perfectionism:
