Although we all worry from time to time, people with high levels of stress often worry too much, and as a result more stressed. Worry makes us focus our attention on what can go wrong and unhelpful thinking errors such as imagining the worst and then reacting as if those things already have occurred. All of this makes us worry more, but it doesn't have to be like this.
