Congrats on being halfway through the program

So far we’ve learnt more about: how you respond to stress, what are the things that stress you out and how you cope with stress. 

We also mentioned that because our stress depends on many different parts, e.g. thoughts, feelings, physical response, behaviour), changing any one of them can change your stress cycle.

Today we will learn to:
