Here is a list of common life events. Read through each one and note if this has happened to you in the past year. Then, rate how stressful you found the event using 0= not at all and 10= extremely stressful.
The total score will give you an idea as to how certain life events may be stressful for you - either a single event that have taken over your life, or having several stressful life events that you are trying to cope with. The higher the total score the more stressed you are likely to be, but even a single score of 9/10 means you could be under stress.
